The bathroom is notably cramped, outdated, and poorly ventilated, leading to unpleasant odors. I encountered significant mold on the shower folding doors, and the drainage issue left me standing in water while I showered. The bed setup features two mattresses that sagged aggressively in the middle, resulting in a restless night. Struggling with parking is an additional hassle due to the ZTL restrictions. Obtaining necessary permits for both hotel access and parking was rather inconvenient. Eating in the room is prohibited, raising questions about cleanliness and pest problems.

Very very helpful staff, and brilliant food!!!
Relaxing place, fairly clean, great value. New-fashioned and neat rooms with a ceiling in the form of a dome, and excellant services. Fresh fruit and yoghourt - very very good breakfast. Very well maintained building, magnificent and good location really close to shopping restaurants, the main square '' Piazza Grande '' and the town square👍😃

It was a newly renovated and nicely presented hotel in a very nice area, near Italy and town hall and museum and numerous restaurants and enoteca. The staff was knowledgeable, very informative all the time. The breakfast was incredible and generous and included in the fare. Also, location was very nice central and best possible, just 5 minutes walk from Piazza Grande.

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Montepulciano, just steps away from the main square. The atmosphere of the building adds a charming historical touch, echoing the local culture. The young lady at reception was helpful when we faced a lost item, showing genuine concern for our situation. The lack of air conditioning was a drawback, especially since it got quite warm . Our room felt a bit cramped and outdated. The furniture could use some updating, and there was limited electrical outlet access. Breakfast offered a decent variety, but the dining area felt small, and service was a little slow during peak hours.

Fantastic Location in the Heart of Montepulciano
We loved how close this place is to everything, just steps away from the main plaza. It's perfect for wandering through the charming streets filled with restaurants and wine tastings. The room wasnice and neat, though we did find the bathroom on the smaller side. Just a heads up, figuring out the parking can be a bit tricky, so definitely get directions beforehand.
